HD Primary Chaincase Oil

Lucas HD Primary Chaincase Oil is a blend of easy flowing base oils and a Lucas additive package designed to carry away more heat from the clutch plates and friction plates. This assures a longer more trouble-free clutch life.

Expect a smooth clutch action, less slippage, longer chain and sprocket life and a much longer oil life.

JR Hall Says his Harley Davidson runs smoother, quieter, and cooler with Lucas 20w50 synthetic Motorcycle Oil

I just wanted to let you know about my experience with your Lucas motorcycle products. I have 30,000 miles on my Harley Davidson FLHTCUTG and live in South Texas where the temperatures are warm all year around.  This is my sixth Harley Davidson since the early seventies.  For some reason this engine 103 CC has ran hot and made a lot of valve train noise. I've tried the HD 360
oil 20w50-60w, screaming eagle Syn 3 (screaming eagle synthetic blend), Valvoline 60w racing oil, Valvoline 20w50 motorcycle oil, Castrol RS V-twin ST synthetic 20w50 motorcycle oil, Redline synthetic 20w50-20w60, Amsoil 20w50-60w, Mobile 1 V-twin, Drag Specialist 25w60, and Torco V-series 60w.

I tried your Lucas 50w petroleum and the V twin 50w synthetic both were better, however, your Lucas 20w50 synthetic (10702) is by far the best performing oil of all.  The Lucas 20w50 synthetic is smoother, by far the quietest, cooler and the engines performance is awesome.  I was so impressed that I went out and purchased your Lucas primary oil (10790) and the V twin gear oil (10791).  I have tried all the Harley Davidson appropriate fluids (Formula +, Syn 3), Mobile 1 V-twin, Redline primary & transmission oils, Spectro for the six speed transmission, Bikers choice primary & transmission oils, and Drag Specialist primary & transmission oils.

By far the Lucas in the primary and transmission out performs the previous mentioned oils & lubes once again.  After changing the primary & transmission with the Lucas products I went for a 360 mile ride with temperatures right around 97 degrees.  The motorcycle performed so well and was so quiet I thought I had lost my hearing.  Man what a difference!!!  I'm going to spread the word about your product's to my 250 other HOG members and will gladly express my great experiences with other bikers in the future.

Thank you for the great products from your Lucas Motorcycle Division:

JR Hall
