Refund Policy
In accordance with the Distance Selling Act (2000), Lucas Oil Products UK allow a "cooling off" period of 7 working days for any products purchased. Customers have the right to cancel their order during this time and receive a full refund with no loss other than postage and packing.
Ordering and Delivery
All prices shown are excluding VAT and Postage & Packing (which is currently a flat rate for all orders). Each order is usually shipped within 5 working days. If Lucas Oil Products UK cannot fulfill your order due to availability we will contact you and offer a full refund.
