For the first 40 thousand miles, I averaged EPA mpg of 39 to 43 not using UCL. Have used 2oz. of UCL every 6 to 8 gallon fill up since and have averaged 41 (winter) to 45 (summer) - 43mpg overall for the last 40 thousand miles (car now has 80 thousand on it). Have also gotten a high of 48+mpg on several long distance runs. My last car (96GEO Metro 70hp/79cu 4cyl-retired at 240+ thousand) also averaged 39 to 43 - (EPA rating) ran it its whole lifetime with NO UCL. WISH I had known about UCL than!!!!!!!!!!!
