BriSCA F2 stock car racer Billy Webster has just agreed a new 2017 sponsorship deal with Lucas Oil Products (UK).
A new look car, in Lucas Oil colours, will race at Kings Lynn in the opening round of the season, on March 4.
American-made, Lucas Oil is one of the world’s largest brands of oils and additives. Managing Director Les Downey says the 23-year-old, from Leeds in Yorkshire, is a great prospect for this year:
“Billy was 9th out of 400 last season and collected two Track Championships along the way. With top scores at five meets and a Memorial Win as well, he is a terrific prospect for 2017 and a great investment for the Lucas Oil brand.”
Billy has been racing since 2005. As well as a new livery, Improvements to the 2017 car include an engine rebuild and new suspension.
“It’s a great to have Lucas Oil on board,” says Billy. “It’s a racing brand. Its drivers win races and I want to win more races this season.”
